To echo what others have said here: You got the price tag right but you missed the actual value of the company. I could care less how much the VCs who push for stupid valuations, cash out and leave a crater behind.

We have to stop viewing success as a 1B valuation and start looking at the jobs they create, the value they offer to their customers and stakeholders (not just the shareholders) over the life of the company.

This kind of thinking is poison to true economic growth and good societies.
