Analyzing the Airbnb market in Boston

Introduction
Airbnb has been a popular alternative to traditional hotels and hostels since 2008. However, when you’re planning a trip it can still be overwhelming to understand price fluctuations, good neighborhoods to stay in and the types of accommodations to avoid for a hassle free vacation.
I looked at a few questions that I frequently come across when looking for accommodation in a city I haven’t been to before.
To answer those questions, I looked at Airbnb data sets provided by Inside Airbnb. I chose to focus on Boston’s price data from September 2016 until September 2019 as well as listing data from September 2016.
