Why do people make weight loss so complicated?
If you are over-weight (ie too much body fat, not enough lean muscle) there are two things you should be doing.
- Get some personal training lessons with a trainer to learn the basic strength training exercises and good form. Watch videos online. Train 3–4 times a week mixed with a little cardio.
- Nutrition — eat a healthy, diverse diet and don’t over eat.
Be consistent, rest, sleep well.
It doesn’t need to be complicated. Some hard work brings results.
