We’ve all been there. Managers who think they’re above the rest. People with degrees who believe that they’re smarter than people who have no degree.

That’s a very good point and an important issue. Once you are at the top you think you are the expert and don’t need others advice. Though if you stay with that state of mind, you won’t be able to experiment something new, to improve your business, or expand your opportunities. I’ll share this article with as many people as possible, and not only with the ones of the generation Y/Z. The olders still have time to change too.
