Delightful read!!! Intertwining the best analogies one could possibly imagine! Comes down to every sensory organ we possess working together to grasp an experience and capturing a moment. Not just merely the job or our tongue or taste buds. Reading this passage I felt like physically in the moment taking a bite of this roll! As u mentioned, the freshness of the ingredients is critical for the roll to taste spectacular, on another view, what if we were going through a sudden experience while eating this roll – whether it be a traumatic or joyful experience I bet u it will forever be associated with the roll, no matter how the age of the ingredients will be.
