I felt offended when I read the title but realised the content is substantive. Enlightenment is a result of a long boring process of hard painstaking cultivation. You will meet tests and the point of achievement is when you heart stays still and peaceful no matter what you face. This is the most torturing bit. When you want to swear or blast something you will regret but can’t. HOWEVER the process of cultivation starts off bad. It’s gets better and better…otherwise it would be made obsolete. You will start to gain wisdom, joy and happiness along the way – this you could also help others with. They all say, no pain no gain right? The process to gain enlightenment is also not about procrastinating your fears like speaking to ur mom. It’s about findings the best ways with deal with the situation. Because after all, what ever you run away from…will come back to you (speaking from experience). The process is also about being braving, having courage and doing what you believe is right, where ever you are. We ask for peace of mind, though this journey you will find it.
