Yes.
I would question a few things herein, however:
-like in a recent, similar article, let us get our jargon right!: openess-to-experience is not a personality trait! Our personality-ego is he clothes and roles we wear, our own particular bent and also ‘imbalance’. Being Open to Experience is something anyone mature, healthy and perhaps self-actualising does!
Also, I think there are imbalances and issues in just about everyone. I remember Krishnamurti, the spiritual philosopher, saying how it is not really healthy to be ‘well-adjusted to a sick society’. I suppose ‘healthy’ people are not always like this, -or perhaps that’s not necessarily the ones you were meaning, but it reminds me of how sensitive but intelligent people with mental-health issues usually have more of an ‘edge’, and would likely profit from an experience with an Entheogen when the time is right, in the right circumstances….
Also, because they might be too content for real healthiness (i.e. the 2.4 children, decent-enough job, income, life, etc. sort of human being), but is never pushed, unlike perhaps, those with a mental-health issue that is more obvious…
