Now it Does Make Sense

So I’ve been entertaining the idea of starting a blog for a long time now. And for one reason or another I never came around to actually do it, until now (which by the way also applies to actively using a Twitter account, something I’ve also picked up recently).

So why now? Well, I’ve always felt that there’s no point in communicating without a purpose — as well as there’s no point in using an inefficient communication tool when you can use a more efficient one. And so far, even though the idea of starting a blog has always been in some way appealing, I’ve never really felt I had something of value to communicate to a potentially large audience — nor that communicating something to a potentially large audience could add any value to me personally, for what it matters.

Yet, now I feel that sharing some of the experiences I’m living while struggling to start a technology business might actually be of some use to other people (even if it is at a very superficial level). And I also feel that having other people learn about these experiences and thoughts might also actually be useful to the business I’m trying to build. So since both of these main drivers have come together, here we are.

So in the posts to come I’ll try to share what I consider to be thoughts or ideas (“breakthrough moments”) that might be useful to other people who are undergoing similar experiences as the ones I’m having. Far from being anything refined, since the actual amount of time I’ll be able to spend to sit down and write is obviously really limited, I hope somewhere someone finds this useful.
