EXHAUSTING!! Shaping the collective consciousness of an organisation takes time

The tough journey of building a scalable framework for collective development

I want to create an environment where all the people around me are naturally unfolding and grow every single day. Yet — almost every single day I am facing challenges that make me wonder whether I am tackling this from the right angle.

I want an environment where people feel safe — and yet I see situations around me where people are frightened.

I want an environment where people feel appreciated — and yet I witness people around me that are missing feedback and get too little love.

I want an environment where people can overcome the voice of judgment and accept the other person’s view — and yet I often hear arguments and discussions around me because people are bound to their world, their beliefs and draw straight lines between them as individuals, them as groups, etc.

I want an environment where people overcome the voice of cynicism and can truly make the interpersonal boundaries disappear and see the world from another person’s perspective — and yet I see people use cynicism all the time to not get emotionally attached to something too much.

I want people to overcome the voice of fear and allow others to change themselves in every interaction they have— and yet I see so many situations around me where people do not want to show their vulnerability and have fear to truly open up to the people around them.

I want people to get into the amazing flow of reaching their personal productivity peaks in a frequency they have never thought was possible before — unfortunately all the things listed before constantly happen around me.

What can I do to really have an impact on the collective consciousness of the organisations I try to shape? Do I need to start with the basics? Make people feel safe and appreciated, before focusing on collectively developing and getting into a communal flow? I am too impatient!
