You can get tickets for free to this summer’s Shakespeare in the Park. It’s no Hamilton, but it’s a cheap thrill that’s bound to bring amusement and star power to your perfect summer night.
Every summer for the past half-century, Shakespeare in the Park has been put on by the Public Theater at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, with two productions — usually one comedy and one drama — with a talented & distinguished cast.
For 2016, the Public has lined up The Taming of the Shrew (May-June) and Troilus & Cressida (July-August).
