The Heineken Ad Is Worse Than The Pepsi Ad, You’re Just Too Stupid To Know It

Call me what you will but I liked the commercial. It shows if people come together to solve a problem such as following instructions to build what becomes a bar and stools they might begin to like each other before they know what their differences are. They just like each other as a person before they reveal that they have differences. All people have differences even if they have a lot in common. I am a flight attendant and I work with people of many interests, differences, and beliefs but we have a common goal to work together for a day or two to get a job done. The job being to work together as a team as a flight crew. We do not generally talk about sexual preferences, politics, religion but sometimes we do. I am a conservative, heterosexual Christian who voted for Trump. I work with people who are similar to me and some who are very different. The majority of us get along and even like each other even though we have a lot of differences and beliefs. The same with my boyfriend and I. He is a liberal, heterosexual atheist. We tolerate and respect each other’s differences most of the time and only argue when it comes to politics. Sometimes we just agree to disagree, sometimes we argue and go to separate rooms, sometimes we agree there are just some things we should not talk about at all because we both feel so passionately about our viewpoints. Yet we still love each other and live together with a common goal of being companions.
