My name is Julia, I am a clinical psychologist and currently working towards becoming a doctor. I am passionate about everything health and psychology, and love writing about my findings and ideas. As I have struggled with some mental health issues myself as well, I really enjoy adding my personal take and experiences to my posts. It's only been recent since I decided to make an internet appearance, for that exact reason.
I am currently writing a book and developing my own website, which I hope to launch soon. Next to all things psychobiological I love traveling, spending time in nature, reading, gaming, and I have a bit of a history obsession.
