Include all the numerical characteristics of your mobile app, and make sure the list has no more than five points so you don’t bore your users — you want them to make a fast purchase/download decision.

I don’t think that adding more than 5 features in the list will scare users away. I think that the more features you have in the list, the more valuable, useful and polished your app is. E.g. description of Angry Birds Go! has 8–10 items in the list of features. Apple’s apps for iOS e.g. Pages or Numbers, have their description consisting of features and subfeatures (up to 30 subfeatures in total).
