Who prepares this food for you?

I think the most significant factor here is your wife. Does she get to meditate, journal, and exercise before 8 a.m. so she can be her best self? Somehow, I think not. Certainly not with (soon-to-be) FIVE children. You should probably acknowledge her role in enabling you to write this sort of stuff.
