• Clean and dry the tires before storing
• If tires are on rims, hang the tires in the rims or on a designated tire rack
• The right temperature for storing the tires is below 15 to 25-degree Celsius or 77-degree Fahrenheit, if not the quality of the tire rubber will change above 25 and 0 degree Celsius
• Store the tires away from heat, greases, and solvents
• Place the tires in airtight plastic bags for extra safety

Do not’s for storing tires

• Do not store tires in a dark basement or in a humid shed
• Do not drag your tires on the rough floor while storing or retrieving from it
• Do not put smaller diameter tires on top of the pile as it will damage the sidewalls
• Avoid storing the tire in extremely humid conditions
• Do not store the tires under sunlight and intense artificial light with high ultraviolet content
• While handling tires to store never drop tires from above 5 feet
• Do not store your tires from ozone creating machines like electric motors, central vacuums, furnaces, and others
