At Cloudo we are heavy Evernote users. Everybody has a different style of organizing notes. Personally I am a big fan of tags while others prefer organizing their stuff within notebooks. One way or another we have to access our notes. It often happens that I am looking for a note while writing an email or hacking some code and therefore have to switch context and look for that note. Switching context definitelly doesn’t help you to be more productive. This is one of the ideas behind the Cloudo app: don’t switch context anymore. Through our search bar you can access all your notes, tasks, events or files from your favourite cloud apps.

But lets get back to how we use it with Evernote. My favourite usecase is to use Cloudo to open any of my notes in native Evernote app. I only need to summon Cloudo with a keyboard shortcut, find the note and hit enter.

As you can see, open is not the only command you can use with your notes. You can also share with just one click right from Cloudo search bar. There are many usecases in which quick note sharing comes handy.

It takes only a few clicks to setup your Cloudo account. Our app is aviable on all platforms and works with your favourite cloud apps. We are releasing new features regularly therefore keep calm and try Cloudo.
