Three questions that will make your writing better

Ask yourself these three questions and write down the answers before you start your writing process.

1. Why are you writing this?

2. Why should the reader care?

3. What will the reader benefit from reading this?

Repeatedly verify that you’re still on point and that every sentence contributes to at least one of the answers.

Cut out the ones that don’t.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
