My Twelve Favorite Podcasts
I heard about a phone booth in Japan where families come to call their dead relatives.
I heard about a remote town in the US where people argued about non-existing immigrants.
I learned various things about coal miners, algorithms, and the design of ships.
I learned about Netflix leadership, the Koch brothers, and optimal hours of sleep.
And I now know a little bit more than I expected about fecal transplants.
There are twelve podcasts that I listen to on a weekly basis. I listen to podcast episodes when I sit in taxis, when I find my way around airports, when I walk around cities, when I drive between Brussels and Rotterdam, and when I waste my time waiting for trains or standing in security lines.
Podcasts are the perfect way to change frustration and boredom into inspiration and wisdom. Sometimes I laugh; sometimes I (almost) cry; sometimes I fast-forward to skip some uninteresting stuff. But I keep listening.
These are my twelve favorite podcasts.
