The Piazza dei Miracoli, also known as the Square of Miracles, is a historically significant and architecturally stunning location in the centre of the charming Italian city of Pisa. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this famous square is a monument to the artistic and cultural genius of mediaeval Italy.

The Piazza dei Miracoli is a singular collection of architectural marvels, a tastefully arranged group of buildings that have come to represent not only Pisa but the artistic triumphs of the whole area. Covering an enormous area of verdant grass, the square is surrounded by a verdant, low wall that points guests in the direction of the magnificent buildings that adorn its periphery.
The Leaning Tower of Pisa, also known as “La Torre Pendente,” is unquestionably the most well-known attraction in the Piazza dei Miracoli. It is an architectural wonder that has captivated people all over the world. The tower’s unusual lean — caused by an unsteady foundation — brings a whimsical touch to its otherwise classical architecture. The tower, which rises to a height of more than 55 metres, is decorated with elaborate friezes, arches, and columns arranged in eight stories.
