As for your other question. “Progress over perfection” and “experimentation” does not imply “low quality” imho. It just implies bias to doing the work instead of endlessly discussing the work. I believe continually learning from small changes is in fact the way to achieve high quality output over time. More importantly: put the experts in the lead, let the people that do the work decide what changes are most useful, without needing permission from others.
