“ I have a dream…”

“ I have a dream…” is a title of a public speech by Martin Luther King Jr. during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom on the 28th of August in 1963. In his speech he called for an end to racism in the United States and called for equal civil rights. The speech was the most important moment of the American civil rights movement.

A singer Mahalia Jackson said to Martin Luther: “Tell them about the dream, Martin!” And he described his dreams about freedom and ideas for the future. The listeners were really impressed. King’s speech is considered one of the best speeches in the history.

Speaking about my dream, I can’t say that I have such a great one as Martin Luther. Nevertheless, I’ll tell you about my dream.

T r a v e l i n g

I want to visit a lot of countries; to meet people of different nationalities; to see the nature of different countries with my own eyes; to practice English. I get incredible emotions from visiting new places, but unfortunately, I had an opportunity to visit different cities only in Russia. I’ve never gone abroad, but I’ll definitely travel to many countries in future ;)
