Bend or Break ?

Finding it tough to decide, when to bend and when to break..

There are times in life where we have to bend to reach out to someone, but we have to know until what level can we bend or not we would also break ourselves.

As i walk my journey, as being a person to look up to.. i find it DIFFICULT to be a leader.. being a leader is different with being a boss. Being a boss means you are the chief in command, but being a leader you are the chief of influence. Being a boss you can just break a person because of policies, being a leader the aspect is more than just policies, that sometimes we have to bend.

Know when to bend to someone, know when you have to break someone.

Sometimes we have to break something in order to build it all up again.

Sometimes we have to bend in order to make something look nicer.

Sometimes we have to break to embrace new people.

Sometimes we have to bend to equip people.

All between the sometimes.. bend or break ?

PS : A leaders note, we also have to train ourselves to stretch so we won’t break as we try to bend.
