When we forgive, it does not mean we lost the game..or we are defeated by our pride.. when we forgive we release the pain, the burden, the negativity, the bitterness we carry...

Bitterness makes our life uneasy, it effects our imune system, which will bring diseases, which will cause us to suffer.
