This sentence makes no sense… That would mean that 2.3% of teens who have jobs live in families earning between 40k and 100k, no? Additionally, the article that you link to has no support for your statement, and doesn’t mention what the actual study behind it is. Not disagreeing with the article as a whole, just saying that this sentence seems made up!
