What happens when startups, executive education and one the world’s leading providers of renewable solutions join forces?
Helsinki-based Vertical has proved itself as the first health accelerator in the Nordics. This time around it starts to disrupt how the acceleration is done. Last week Vertical announced that it has partnered with Stora Enso and Aalto University Developing Entrepreneurship to offer a truly unique Digital Solutions Accelerator Program in the Fall of 2017.
Six selected startups will participate in a globally-renowned accelerator program at Vertical, take part in a world-class certified executive education program uniquely crafted by Aalto ENT, and work side-by-side with Stora Enso, one of the world’s leading providers of renewable solutions in packaging, biomaterials, wooden constructions and paper This unique opportunity brings the participating startups the potential to gain Stora Enso as a major customer or partner.
Stora Enso is seeking startups that can bring innovative new approaches and solutions to the organization’s business needs and challenges. And the accelerator program and executive education modules will significantly boost the startups’ development and capabilities. Together, they are looking for startups with disruptive innovations in digitalization, IoT, big data, analytics, supply chain, AI, VR, robotics, or any other area that can tackle Stora Enso’s needs and help expand its opportunities.
Startups from any industry that are willing to take on challenges in the renewables industry — in any part of its value chain — are invited to apply and join the program!
Vertical, Aalto ENT and Stora Enso are especially interested in startups that want to capitalize on the following customer-driven opportunities: smart factory, supply chain track & trace, customer experience, and anything else with the potential to help to transform these areas.
The program combines 4-month long world-class acceleration by Vertical, access to a world class executive education delivered by Aalto ENT, and dedicated resources from Stora Enso working and participating side-by-side with each startup team through the whole period.
So for these entrepreneurs who want it all — work in a startup, get an access to potential corporate client and executive education this could be the perfect chance to get it all with no cost at all.
The application period for Digital Solutions acceleration program closes on April 30th. Read more about the program and its perks for the startups (here).
