Hi Sjoerd,

Your article is very valuable to understand better Scrum. Even if I’m not on the Road the PSM III. Great job!

Like you said in your previous post, it’s really difficult to understand the difference between framework, process, methodology, etc. Even more when we are not native English-speaking. I tried to read the Scrum Guide and understand almost every words. But it’s almost impossible for me. I have the feeling that I have a big rock in front of me. And your article help me to break it into smaller pieces of rock.

I became a fan of imaging Scrum as a journey. It completely changed my point of view and it’s very refreshing. Every day, I think that I see the final destination but it’s just a new path to take.

I was a bit against the certifications. But reading your articles changed a lot my thinking. The PSMs could be a perfect stop in my journey. Like a good moment to remember my journey in a few years and see where I was and where I want to go. I’m clearly reconsidering to pass the PSM I.

I have a lot of questions but I want to read your entire series before. I’m sure you already answered a lot of them in your other publications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and your journey.

Justin
