Great article, Ryan. The human element is a very interesting and complex problem to solve. The models outlined above are a great starting point and it will be interesting to see if someone can figure out the human element. I see the complexity routed in people having difficulty understanding the way others think and solve problems. I recently came across a ted talk where teams work together to solve various internal and external facing problems while fully understanding the way their co-workers think. It doesn’t completely solve the human element, but can act as another framework to tackle big problems:
