Ben Requena yes I have. Welcome mats are way better than sidebars ever were and they work on mobile. We use SumoMe for our welcome mats.

P.S. I don’t care what Google thinks about pop-ups. We get our traffic from dozens of sources, and Google is one of our smaller ones.
