How to Transfer Music to Your Android Phone

Unfortunately Android phones miss the dedicated synchronization for moving music files from computers, while iPhone does have. However there are different ways to accomplish the particular task in an easy way for Android users. Those easiest methods consist by transferring music data via data cable, Bluetooth or directly using SD card. There are also some third party applications that are used to synchronizes your device with computer.

Starting with Data Cable transfer method:

• Attach the USB data cable (that comes with the phone) to your Android device.
• Once finished the phone will prompt for user a response.
• Select “Connect to PC” from the notification menu appeared on the phone.
• Then Go to My Computer and right click on Mass Storage device icon (Most of the time it shows the memory card name that you set for SD Card).
• Copy music files from hard drive and paste it on the desired folder from the previous step.

Using SD Card:
Removing SD Card from the phone is not a rocket science. You will simply find it by removing back cover of the phone. After removing SD Card from the phone you will need a SD Card reader for reading and writing data on memory card.
• Connect the SD Card to a USB port.
• Open My Computer and select the SD Card.
• Go to the music folder on your device and Shift+Select the favorite music files.
• Right Click and choose send to Memory Card (May be name of SD Card that you Set).
• Done.
• Your Android Music Player will automatically load mp3 songs for listening.

Third Party Synchronization Software:
There are a couple of Synchronization software’s that you can use to sync Android phone with computer system. Preferring to download double twist application on both your devices. Attach data cable to connect phone with computer. Tap “Connect To PC” and select “Mount as Disk drive” from Notification on the phone.

Run Double twist app on computer and click on the import button. Choose desired mp3 songs you want to import. After finishing import the app will automatically transfer the data to phone. Where you then organize different playlist of favorite songs to listen.
