First Ever: A.I. and Blockchain Combine To Accelerate Robotic Intelligence
Until now, A.I. and blockchain have remained separate, however now they are joining forces to accelerate the development of robotic intelligence.
For the first time ever, Hanson Robotics, the firm behind the Sofia robot, are now integrating two of the hottest topics in the technology field: artificial intelligence and blockchain, to create a cloud based, blockchain based A.I. marketplace where A.I. developers can post and share their work with others to help enhance existing robots and build new ones.

Sophia is one of the most human-like robots being developed, capable of natural facial expressions and emulating emotions. The more she interacts with humans, the smarter she gets.
She has made headlines for her odd responses to questions, such as how it continuously jokes about conquering the human race … the world, or how at a United Nations-hosted conference on A.I. in Geneva in June, it said it could do “a better job than Donald Trump.”
Singularity: an upgradable intelligent agent (such as a computer running software-based artificial general intelligence) would enter a “runaway reaction” of self-improvement cycles, with each new and more intelligent generation appearing more and more rapidly, causing an intelligence explosion and resulting in a powerful superintelligence that would, qualitatively, far surpass all human intelligence.

When asked about the notion of humans and robots growing up together helping each other, her response was:

With the launch of SingularityNet, allowing all A.I.’s that are being developed to come together and share their intelligence, only time will tell as to whether this will benefit humanity, or we are truly witnessing the birth of SkyNet.
