1. Juan Luna’s Bulakenya

The image is split into light color and dark color There is no definite shape in this picture. The girl in the picture looks sad. It’s like she was involved into a fixed marriage with someone she doesn’t likes. If the picture is put into half, it looks balanced but it is not because the face is facing the other side and that side has the darker background making it heavier on the right side.

2. Cory Aquino painting

I like this picture because the painting looks very soothing. I can see three girls in harmony on a heavenly background. The image is composed of lines, shapes and colors. The leaves makes everything look sa natural and fresh plus the 3 beautiful girls. The picture is not balanced.

3. Return of the Fishermen. 1939 Amorsolo

This painting is not balanced because the left side has more emphasis than the right side. The right side of the image is a bit unclear than the other side. One of the elements in this picture is the color. The picture was in a vibrant colored background. The picture tells us about the typical day of a fisherman when he works his heart out just to earn a living for his family. It shows love and integrity.
