Not always. If I don’t like something, most restaurants are more than willing to give you something else or not charge you for it. You shouldn’t have to pay for something you didn’t like. When I buy something at Target or Costco, if I don’t like it or it wasn’t what I was expected, they gladly take it back and give me a refund. It’s not an unheard of concept.
