Thanks for your thoughtful comment Rick. I agree that human nature hasn’t changed much — given our propensity for fairly short sighted thinking we haven’t been able to get rid of hindsight bias. Its easy to attribute past events to a certain reasons but the truth is we are still generally bad at predicting future events from past observations.
