Great piece, thanks Lorenzo. I also wanted to love Revolut. Their UI is near-perfect, but their support team and process left me feeling unappreciated and expendable. Though this was only during the onboarding (IBAN) process, it left me feeling like I wouldn’t be able to trust the day-to-day running of our company to them. I’m signing up to Tide now. I may try Revolut in year’s time.
