Ready to soak up the sun and bathe in the glory that is Brooklyn nightlife? Get your dancing shoes on and check out our list of top techno & house parties of the summer. From Brooklyn’s largest venues to intimate DJ sets — you name it, we have it. Check out our list below…

1. Floorplan (DJ set), Contakt

Robert Hood is considered one of the founders of minimal techno. Hailing from Detroit, Robert Hood and his daughter are Floorplan. This father-daughter duo is unlike anything you’ve heard before. The blend of upbeat, soulful house with minimal tempo will take you on a rollercoaster. Floorplan will be bringing their unmatchable talent to Brooklyn’s intimate venue, Good Room, just after a captivating performance at Gather Outdoors festival in Monticello, NY.

Date: August 31, 2019 10:00PM-05:00AM

Venue: Good Room

2. Into The Light: Techno Brooklyn x The Kollective — Monoloc, Brennen Grey

One of Brooklyn’s new promoters, Techno Brooklyn, is making a statement this summer bringing Berlin techno straight to Bushwick. The Berlin techno artists Monoloc and Brennen Grey are featured on Afterlife, Dystopian, Octopus, Intec, Kraftek & more. Need we say more? Brennen’s Grey most recent release “Repears Theme” appears littered all over Beatport charts. The Bogart House’s driving Funktion One speakers will take you to a different dimension.

Date: August 24, 2019 10:00PM-04:00AM

Venue: Bogart House

Tickets: https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/1270767

3. ReSolute & Knockdown Center present: tINi & DeWalta

ReSolute is the pinnacle of underground Brooklyn techno. With secret locations announced just hours before show time, you better be spontaneous. But don’t worry… This time around you can find them at the Knockdown Center, quite possibly Brooklyn’s most dynamic venue — with the BASEMENT just below. The 1–2 punch of a Resolute party followed by throbbing techno until the sunrise just downstairs makes this show is our number three pick of the summer.

Date: June 30, 2019 02:00PM-10:00PM

Venue: Knockdown Center

Tickets: https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/1273082

4. Sasha & John Digweed — Brooklyn Mirage

If you’ve been to the Brooklyn Mirage in 2017 or 2018 perhaps you’re not fond of the open-air venue this summer. As every music fan on the East Coast makes their pilgrimage to see what the Mirage is really all about, the underground fans are dispersing. That’s not going to stop us from nominating Sasha & John Digweed as our number 4 pick. The dynamic duo is back in Brooklyn and they’ll be making their way over right after they rock Resistance Ibiza’s opening party at Privilege. Even the snobbiest music fans won’t want to miss this epic display of art, music and culture.

Date: July 26, 2019 10:00PM-04:30AM

Venue: Brooklyn Mirage

Tickets: https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/1254165

5. Viril [Live] / Julia Govor / Dasha Redkina / Relaxer

The BASEMENT is Brooklyn’s newest techno club which opened on May 10, 2019. Featuring some of the world’s most highly regarded DJs alongside up-and-coming artists, this dungeon-like club just below the Knockdown Center is a maze of stone architecture, dark corridors and smoke-filled dance floors. If you haven’t seen any photos, that’s because phones are not permitted. This club is not for the faint of heart. With a live set by Viril and support from Julia Govor, Dasha Redkina and Relaxer we cannot wait to put our phones on silent and dance until sunrise.

Date: July 27, 2019 10:00PM-05:00AM

Venue: BASEMENT

Tickets: https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/1275460
