Photo taken last summer while working & living in Tokyo

I used to be addicted to my phone. Like fully addicted. Anytime a notification would come up on my lock screen, I’d flick my finger across that screen so fast, anxiously in a rush to see what “Sue just posted on Facebook” or what “Bob commented on my instagram post.”

Soon, as my apps started piling up on my home screens, so did my notifications and the consistent updates I would get. Now I’m no scientist, but I created this graph to show the correlation just so you could get a better idea.
