The world fights for peace. Which, if you think about it, is a little like screaming for quiet or demanding flexibility. It’s never worked yet, at least not for the long-term. But peace is absolutely achievable. What the world in general doesn’t understand is that it needs to be achieved one person at a time.

There are two basic types of peace: inner peace and (for lack of a better term) outer peace. If each person were to work hard to develop both of these qualities, war and disharmony would disappear. Here are some specifics:

Inner Peace
