Promising. 10 08 Wed.
Took the pup for his second round of vaccinations yesterday morning. He rode the scooter with me. Kid is a natural. He was super chilled at the vet and handled the injections like a legend. Got some treats and headed across the road ro say hi to Ash at work. The whole office came to play with him. What a lady killer. Headed home and settled into research for a keynote speech I’m giving in a couple of months. I’ve got to get some good info together.
Walked the dog in the afternoon and got a promising phone call from one of the potential jobs I applied for. I was caught a little off-guard and when the recruiter asked me some questions I really had to think quick while trying to keep an eye on Harvey who was roaming around. The chat went well and I will hopefully get news by the end of next week.
The dog got to spend his first night on his own. Until now he’s had his bed in our room, mostly because he’s little and he had been a bit sick, but he needs to start learning how to entertain himself and to be ok in his own space. He woke up pretty much every hour on the hour, crying and howling. The next few weeks may be interesting.
Almost weekend. Woohoo.
