2.Selection: which choose the good Idea from bad. and way to reject customer Idea.

So Co-creation can fail for some reason:

1.Customer busy and ca’t submit his Idea.

2.Customer don’t know well what products you want or what your company make?

3.Bad way in reject customer Idea or choose bad Idea.

very Important because customer love reward.

1.Social Recognition.

2.Financial Reward.

3.Patches and Badges.

.tinkering: (Open Firm-led) Which more Ideas and firm choose the best… ex:Threadless and Little Big Planet Game by Sony.

.Co-design: (Fixed Customer-led) Which little Idea and Best Idea voted by Customers.

.Collaborating: (Open Customer-led) Which More Ideas and customer choose the best… ex: The Apache Software.
