Keely Maitland good to hear from you! In most scenarios to date, we don’t share the data with the teams we coach, but instead used it to help confirm contradictory behaviors we were seeing and help target what practices we focused on accordingly. However, we have shared data in the past, particularly with leaders, on the contradictory beliefs they hold as a way to inspire motivation for change — which has been received well. Ideally, we become more thoughtful and systematic about incorporating both approaches.
