Katy Perry sued for $150K over Hillary Clinton costume photo
Popstar Katy Perry has been sued for $150,000 over a paparazzi photo of her in a Hillary Clinton costume that she shared on her Instagram page in 2016.
The photograph was taken of Perry at Kate Hudson’s annual Halloween party on October 28, 2016 in Los Angeles, where she was accompanied by an unidentified pal who was dressed as Bill Clinton.
Perry completely transformed herself into the likeness of Hillary, hiring a team of makeup artists to accomplish the feet.

But why was she sued?
The lawsuit stems over Perry’s use of the photo without proper licensing by Backgrid, the photo agency that owns the rights to the image. In the $150,000 lawsuit, the agency claims they had contacted Perry multiple times between 2017 and this month asking the popstar to properly license the photo.
Because Perry and/or her representatives have failed to pay for the usage of the photo, the agency moved forward with filing a lawsuit in order to receive compensation.
Woman identifies as cat, wears a tail and ears daily, boyfriend puts her on leash
This is so crazy — we couldn’t make this up… A woman who says she identifies as a cat, dresses as a kitten on a daily basis. Each morning, she applies ears and a tail.
“I have always been different,” the woman said in a TV interview. “I just always had a fascination with cats and I felt myself, I’m a cat. I go through life being a cat — it’s just who I am.”
Her boyfriend gives her the ultimate support and her identification with the feline species, and as such, he actually will put her on a leash and take her for walks. The Colorado-based woman, 31, has engaged in kitten role-play her entire adult life.
When she entered into a relationship with her partner, 52, who is an aerospace engineer, she had finally found the man who was completely understanding and supportive of her unusual identity. The two met at Comic-Con eight months ago.
The man considers her feline mannerisms “cute.”
