Hierarchy of Priority
Nick Crocker

Nick, I like how you've put "Move" on the same level as "Eat" and "Sleep".

When others ask for a bit of your time, they don't expect you to skip a meal or a good night sleep. But when you say "Sorry, that afternoon I'm going for a 30min run", you might get weird looks for giving that priority to, for example, a business meeting. Still, I believe moving and sports are as important for your health and performance as eating and sleeping.
