Hi Maggie, fellow Hyper, thanks for sharing your thoughts! I also believe that technology is currently failing in delivering ‘seamless’ experiences. However, within 15 years, both technology as the internet will be far different from what we have now. Think of new privacy protocols and computers smarter than humans. Really exciting stuff! I noted your points and will include them in my research. Maybe nice to have a call/meet-up sometimes to talk about this topic? Would be nice to share some thoughts :).
