A Short, Late Night Thought — As I was watching the legendary Gilmore Girls yesterday at an ungodly hour of the night, I watched as Rory Gilmore was in the midst of an exciting adventure with her new beau, Logan. She says to him, “It’s a once in a lifetime experience!” and Logan responds, “Only if you want it to be,”. I don’t usually remember lines from TV shows I have binged watched for hours on end, but for some reason, Logan’s line stuck with me. It got me to thinking about our experiences in our day to day lives. Any moment can be an incredible memory…all we have to do is make it one.

I found an old picture today… It’s the shadow of you meeting the shadow of me. A remembrance of the little people we once were who will always be in the past…behind us.
