Judges Across The Country Are Shaking Down Poor People

It just never ends does it? The shake downs are numerous. In my state Al. if you go to court and are found innocent you still have to pay court costs in the hundreds, average three hundred and fifty dollars. Not guilty means you were wrongly charged, that’s on them. I had a traffic ticket, running a stop sign I really did not see. Got to traffic court and the line started about 250 people in line outside and then down a 100 foot hall into a court room about 400 Sq. feet full and no standing room left. I looked at the people. The poorest of the poor. Not ONE, “ NOT ONE” upper Mid. class or lower Mid. class looking person. I deduced no people with money commit traffic infractions. Man it was pitiful. But you better believe they had an assembly line set up to get that money. While I was there, 6 hours, NOT ONE was found not guilty. All had to pay 350 in court costs and the ticket. My ticket was 150 and 350 cost. If you had no money they sent you out a door where a bank of desks and officials were waiting to set up payment plans. Well I had the money but went through the door anyway to see. You had to pay at least 50 a month with 28 of that going to fees for the credit. I’m beginning to hate America and am looking for another Country to live in.
