Powerlifting Style Leg Routine

Okay, so, this is what I usually start off my week with. It looks pretty simple, but will kick your ass if you put in the effort and go heavy. Personally, I prefer Zerchers over other variations, like front squats, because of the asymmetry in my shoulders.

  • Back squat: 5x5
  • Zercher: 15–12–10
  • Leg Press: 10–20–30
