Internet of Things →IOT←India of Tomorrow

Day 1 in IoT India Congress

The first day we went to a hotel to keep our luggage and to fresh up, After that started to go to Hotel Park Plaza where the IoT congress going on.

I was very interested to see what’s happening in the IoT congress. Our mentor told to surf in the google about the seminars, workshops and the stalls to plan our day accordingly. We went to Park Plaza where , As soon as I entered the hall was full of delegates with suites moving here and there who all are a part of IoT congress. The way they spoke, walk, body language everything portrayed the professionalism .As some of the stalls where ready and some where yet to ready we went to the introduction of the IoT India congress by Dr Rishi Bhatnagar , chairman of IoT congress and President of Aeris communication who also author of the book “Enterprise IoT” which revolutionized the future of IoT.

As a part of digital India the Inaguration of Iot india congress 2017 is digitalized with the help of Internet.

Since its digital India and Iot congress the the inauguration takes a step ahead similar to fictional with UAV(Drone).

DJI phantom having the payload of “IoT” a great startup for the event..

After the inauguration me and Manoj Guha went to all stalls and interacted with them among them some of the fascinating company named SenRa , Novatech Robots .

SenRa — is a company working on connectivity in new technology like LoRa Working in fields like smart city and smart agriculture.

“SenRa —Sensors + LoRa”

Novatech Robots — is a Bangalore based company working in all stuffs related to robotics and drone .They are organizing many events and workshop in and around Bangalore. Their motto is of training student community with advanced technology and latest innovations.

Not AI bots but sill a better one

We had a delicious lunch , since it was a five star hotel the should be no doubt in the taste of food. After the lunch me and Manoj Guha went to session on digital payments.

The panel discussion on digital payments and its intrusion to rural household, its challenges, & government policies. They explained how to make people to use the digital payment. One of the best words is,

“The digital payment should be as simple as giving money to the respective person from our wallet”

Three days had a great time with Manoj Guha. Three days I never felt alone because of his presence.

Day 2 in IoT India Congress

This was the road which we need to cross to go to the park plaza where the Iot India congress was going on. It almost took a 15–20 minutes to cross the because of the rush of the vehicles, even though finally we crossed the road it was a close call for me from a moving truck.

The second day started with the show casing of IoT product in health care . where few company came with the product of searching new costumers and some to make an impact in society by using the new technology in their product.

Smart health monitoring

The above image is about a patient health monitoring through IoT any where at any time which can be monitored by computer or mobile phone.

Smart patient monitoring

This was one of the important and innovative product which should be used in every hospitals to monitor the every minute change in the parameter of a patient.

After seeing their products I thought as an IoT engineer we should make a product that comprises of feature and it also need to be easy to use.

“IoT is not all about connecting devices

its making devices smart by connecting”

After having a very good lunch i went to the panel discussion explaining how IoT is a key for Industrial revolution-4 (IIoT).It was like TED talks and they even clarified the doubts from audience side to make the session interactive. even though the session was suites for industrialists it was a great opportunity for me to know and think about the problems faced by the industries in real world.

Key notes from the panel discussion.
PPT presentation during panel discussion.

The KEY point of implementing IoT in industry is “It should not monitor the process alone but it should help us in predictive maintenance”.

§Drones§

Finally last but not least thing was a workshop conducted by Novatech robots regarding drones. They where not experts or a big shots in society but they showcased and shared their works regarding drone.

An interesting and essential application is a making the Drone as a emergency Drone for delivering the blood samples in a hectic traffic.

Even though it was a drone the sound of the propeller gave me the feeling like Take off of a plane from the runway.

End of IoT congress

We are FRIENDS, we are ENGINEERS, we are COMPETITORS , but not ENEMY at any cause

#FLUXGEN

I thank the FluxGen team on behalf of the ProtoSem Students for putting efforts for us to visit the “IoT india congress 2017".

Day 3 in Bangalore

Day 3 started with the thought of imagining how the Workbench Workspace and FluxGen would be.

Workbench

There we saw a Work place like our home with 3D printer and laser cutter machine with a variety of basic electronic components which are needed to build a Prototype.

This was the first laser cutter i saw and i was amazed by seeing its efficiency and precision.

We had lunch at Kabab Magic and went to FluxGen a startup company lead by Mr. Ganesh Shankar, the managing director FluxGen Sustainable Technologies

#IoT_startup

Mr. Ganesh Shankar believes that the success of the company is based on the success of the employees. We had a good time at FluxGen interacting with them.
