How to be happy?

If you want to be happy, do this:

  1. Sit down and ask yourself what you love to do in life.
  2. Find a way to do it more often. For example, I love writing; so I’m committed to writing once per week. The result is a happy me.

My fear of writing

I love writing. However, I’m scared whenever I’m about to write because I easily get into the overthinking loop. To write is to think, and when I’m unable to get my thought straight, words get stuck in my brain. Worse yet, it weakens and frustrates me when the thought becomes negative.
