I like this a LOT but one point of contention I have is that UX is “new” or in its puberty stage. UX has actually been a concept followed by architects and city planners since Virtuvius. I do think that we are in the tween stage of tools, but good IA and UX are things that can be measured with your gut (heuristic principles or rules of thumb).
