hey Chris, this article comes at the right time. i have been a mac user for last 5 years and gave it up as i switched jobs and it wasn’t a personal laptop.

since then at my new place i have stated using a Windows 10. i am more of less okay with it being a develop at core (spend a lot of time writing code). i realize that I need a mac or a Ubuntu to feed my needs for bash. i am leaning towards a MacBook Pro but i am not impressed with the cost and features or 2017 Macbook.

i am wondering if there was any announcements or details shared by Apple of their plans in 2017? while it will be a long 10 month wait i don’t want to burn 3000$. i might live out these months and buy the 2017 if it’s gonna be a big different.

just looking if you know anything here.

thanks in advance
